Olivia was very friendly and it was super easy to set up and pack down the item! We weren't able to utilise it completely as bub was still on the higher level of a portacot (the opening is more suitable for a lower level when taking baby in and out) but hopefully next time!

Olivia was a pleasure to liaise with over the hire of the Slumberpod. I hired this as a “just incAse”, but we ended up using it as the room didn’t have dark curtains. It was fantastic. So glad we hired it. Meant everyone had a peaceful night sleep. Will definitely hire again for next trip.

Great communication, item was in good condition and Olivia showed me how to use it correctly. Would recommend.
