Sarah was a lovely lady who offered a negotiated an affordable rental rate, and provided prompt replies. She has been very flexible and easy to deal with. I also recommended this solution to my friend who would be travelling in near future. Although I couldn’t figure out how to open the cavity in the top part of bed box, is this gadget an older version perhaps? Sarah was being helpful in troubleshooting nonetheless. However when I pick up the bed box, there were lots of scuff marks but I gave it a good wipe. I would recommend Sarah J’s bedbox. Thank you for such a great experience.
