Rachel was wonderful to deal with. She was polite and communicated promptly to all my questions regarding the rental. The item was clean and in fantastic condition and Rachel explained how to use the item thoroughly. Will highly recommend Rachel for any rental items and will rent from Rachel again if the occasion arises.
