Thank you Vanouhi for making the process so easy. The harness was a great help on our flight, my son happily sat strapped in for the duration of the 3 hour flight (game changer!). Vanouhi was amazing at communicating and even went to the effort of dropping the harness off at our house. I will use Vanouhi's products/service again and would definitely recommend to others.
